The Virtue of Reciting Surah Humazah

On the virtue of reciting this Surah, a tradition from the Holy Prophet (S) says:

 

"He who recites this Surah will be rewarded 'ten good deeds' as many as the number of those who mocked Muhammad (S) and his companions".1

  Also, a tradition from Imam Sadiq (as) denotes that:

 He who recites it in any of his obligatory prayers, poverty will stay away from him, sustenance will approach him, and a hideous death will be repelled from him.2

Statements of "Maoon" Surah-Golipour

In the name of the most compassionate

1- There is always a group of people in society that they deny beleif to God and they say there is no last day.

2-Belief to God and last day are a fact and everybody who denies them is a lier.

3-Somebody who denies belief to God they banish the orphans from themself.

4-They don't hold in respect the orphans.

5-They don't help the orphans materially and also they shatter the orphans' personality in fact they shatter them spiritually (like Homaza Lomaza)

6-The orphans need to help materially and spiritually.

7-They think they are better than the needies.

8-They think helping the needies is a cheap act.

9-They don't encourage others to help the needies because they don't want to spread this act.

10-The act doesn't encourage by others , people don't like to do it widely.

11-They don't try to resolve the needies' material needs.

12-Food is a basic need for life and everybody without food can't live for a long time but they don't pay attention to this matter.

13-God curse a group of prayers.

14-These prayers only have shelf  of  belief to God in fact they belief to God physically.

15-These prayers are unaware from their prayer and they are lax , it means that they are praying apparently but in fact they are thinking to other things.

16-This kind of prayer don't prevent of  bad act it means that this kind of prayer don't have any good effect.

17-If the prayer of person be real, it protects the person from denying belief to God and so this person don't banish the orphans and the needies from themselves.

18-These persons want to pray but other things are preoccupying them , it means it is inadvertent.

19-These prayers pray for duplicity because they want to receive other material.

20-These persons want to do activities to other people think they are better than the others, it means that it's a intentional act.

21- These persons help the orphans and needies to show off.

22-So this person want to cheat others and so this person is a lier.

23-These prayers can help the others but they forbear to give basic needs to the needies.

24-These persons offer different excuse to not help the needies.

25-They not only don't help the needies themselves , they prevent others to do this.

26-They not only don't help the needies themselves also they interfere in others' help.

27-They deprive the needies from basic needs.

28-Some groups of peaple deny God clearly but some groups of peaple accept God apparently but in fact they do activities that are against with what God want so because these persons don't believe God in act in fact these persons are like the first group and in fact they also deny God.

 

And this is my clip about this surah , it doesn't include all statements about this surah but I thought it's better than nothing and I hope it will be better in future.(I congratulate all for our second production)

An Ineffective Prayer

Have you ever paid attention to those who pretend to observe their prayers closely? If they really do so, then why they do not show any interest to the others' problems in society. This controversy in one's beliefs and his social achievements seems strongly unacceptable by God.

In order to perform our prayers purely, we should fulfill some commitments including caring about needy people such as our neighbors or distinctive relatives. Even if we are not able to help them ourselves, we could persuade and encourage others to do so. Aiding people is not necessarily by paying money; it might be a merciful behavior, a gentle smile, a respectful talk, and alike. Thus, we should not justify our neglect toward others' difficulties in society.

2."Vaza'a":

هو جعل شی‏ء فی محل‏

3."Vezr":The pressure of something wich is loaded on something else or another place.

 إنّ الوزر صفة و یدلّ على ثقالة فی شی‏ء محمولة على شی‏ء أو محل‏

4."Naghaza":T break and open a firm thing

 هو نکث ما احکم و حلّه‏

5."Zahar"

 هو مطلق بدوّ فی قبال البطون، بأىّ کیفیّة کان‏

6.Rafa'a"

: هو ما یقابل الخفض‏

7."Zekr":To remember something which is forgotten or neglected, either verbally or by heart.

 هو التَّذَکُّر فی قبال الغفلة و النسیان، و هذا المعنى أعمّ من التذکّر بالقلب أو باللسان‏

8."Osr"

هو ما یقابل الیسر أى شدّة فی صعوبة و مضیقة

9."Yosr"

هو سهولة فى سعة، و یقابلها العسر

10."Faragha"

 هو التخلّى عن اشتغال‏

11."Nasaba":To fix and stand something in a place

 هو تثبیت شی‏ء فی محلّ بالاقامة و الرفع الظاهر

12:"Raghaba":Great desire

 هو المیل الأکید

Homework#4

Dear All

The "Ensherah" Surah is the mate for "Zoha" surah and they are to be recited in prayer with each other

I ask you to kindly follow the steps carefully

1. Make a power point presentation from zoha surah(It can only focus on a single verse or the whole surah or its words)

2. Draw the same table(as in homework #3) in order to determine the relations(general or detailed) in "Ensherah" surah

3. write down 10 logical statements according to the "Ensherah" surah.

4. From the similarities in both surah's structure try to transport between the two and get to know the contrasts.

5. The compare and contrast between the two should result in 10 other statements. This process is actually using a surah to

    understand the other better.

 هو الزمان الّذی تشرق فیه الشمس على ناحیة، فی قبال العشاء و اللیل‏

2. "Sajaa":flow

 هو جریان شی‏ء الى أن یثبت و یستدیم على حالة

3. "Vada'a"

هو الدفع بشدّة و عنف‏

4. "Ghalaa"

هو التضیق و التشدید

5. "Ataa":giving something to something else due to either the greatness or the must that donor ordains for himself.

 هو إیتاء شی‏ء لشی‏ء بمقتضى ما فی النفس من عظمة أو التزام، من دون نظر الى جهة تملیک أو غرض أو عوض أو غیرها

6. "Razaya"

 هو موافقة المیل بما یجری علیه و یواجهه‏

7. "Vajada"

: هو إدراک شی‏ء على حالة حادثة فیلاحظ فی الأصل قیدان: الإدراک، و حصول حالة حادثة

8. "Avaya"

هو القصد ابتداء أو عودا الى مقام مادیّا أو معنویّا بقصد السکنى و الاستقرار أو الاستراحة

9. " Zaal":against guided

 هو ما یقابل الاهتداء

10. "Aael":Being in the dominance of someone which poverty and requirement are its impacts.

هو ما یقابل العول، و سبق أنّ العول عبارة عن استیلاء فی استعلاء، فَالْعَیْلَةُ عبارة عن صیرورة تحت استیلاء و استعلاء، و من آثاره الافتقار و الفاقة و الحاجة

11. "Ghanaya"

 هو ما یقابل الفقر، أى عدم الاحتیاج‏

12. "Ghahara"

هو إعمال الغلبة، أى الغلبة فی مقام الإجراء و العمل. و سبق أنّ الغلبة هو تفوّق فی قدرة

13. "Nahara":the intensive defensiveness

هو جریان فی تدافع و قوّة و حدّة

14. "Nemat"

 هو طیب عیش و حسن حال‏

15. "Hadatha": the creation of a new thing

هو تکوّن شی‏ء فی زمان متأخّر

Homework #3

Dear All

This week we are going to talk about "Zoha" Surah. This surah along with "Ensherah" Surah are all about our Prophet(PBUH) and a kind of supporting of him

I ask you to kindly accomplish the following tasks

1. For the second time, Read the "Maoon" Surah and write 5 new statements different from what you had written first

2. Try to classify the verses of "Zoha" surah

    Classifying means separating the verses that have common subject. you can do this in the form of a table introduced below.

3. Relate the verse groups  to each other as much as you can and write down 25 logical statements.

4. As a part of a big project, we were trying to provide a dictionary of each surah words. Please start to complete the dictionary of the previous surahs. The posts in the weblog can help you. it is better to add visual pictures beside the definitions you introduce.

5. Start a discussion on the Topic " The ways to omit hypocrisy from our life according to maoon surah"

    The Book called "Chehel hadith" can help you on the subject. Do not panic about not understanding all the parts.
